The Import Coordinator role at Tropical Shipping is a critical position responsible for managing and coordinating all facets of freight importation processes at the Port of Palm Beach. This role focuses on ensuring that shipments entering through the port are managed efficiently and comply with all required documentation and operational protocols. The Import Coordinator handles the completion of arrival notifications, logistical support activities, carrier release procedures, and invoicing related to services provided beyond the basic contract of carriage. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years experience in traffic documentation, customer service or export brokerage
- Valid local driver's license
