As a Kitchen Manager, you will be the guardian of quality and efficiency in the kitchen, overseeing the culinary team and operational elements to ensure smooth, high-standard food service delivery. This position requires adherence to the company’s mandated Food & Beverage menu and purchasing protocols to guarantee consistency and quality across all locations. The Kitchen Manager also collaborates closely with the Operations and Sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute all food and beverage aspects of events held at the location, ensuring timely service and superior preparation standards. Effective food consumption estimation and strategic purchasing from specified programs ensure that stock levels match business demands without excess waste. Scheduling kitchen staff efficiently to meet fluctuating business volumes is also a core responsibility. The role calls for leadership in recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of a hardworking, skilled kitchen team including lead cooks, cooks, dishwashers, and servers. Quality control is fundamental; the Kitchen Manager must guarantee that food quality, freshness, presentation, and safety are in strict compliance with company standards and local Department of Health regulations. This includes managing kitchen equipment maintenance, sanitation audits, and cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and safe environment. Candidates ideal for this role should bring at least three years of kitchen management experience, preferably supported by a bachelor’s degree or culinary credential.
