FedEx ramp facilities are vital operational hubs where the loading and offloading of aircraft occur to support the smooth movement of packages and freight across the company’s global network. The role of Ramp Supervisor at FedEx is critical to maintaining the safety and efficiency of ramp operations at the company’s facilities. This position involves overseeing the loading and unloading activities on aircraft, ensuring that protocols are followed and that operations run smoothly and without interruption. Ramp Supervisors play a key part in coordinating activities with other stations, particularly relating to Curtain Tailgate Vehicle (CTV) movements and flight follow-ups, to ensure synchronization and timely handling of shipments.
