The Leader in Training position at JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is a full-time, non-management role designed for former or current Marriott associates eager to grow their leadership skills within the hospitality and food and beverage industry. This role is essential in ensuring that all team members work cohesively to provide guests with optimum service, maintaining the highest standards of grooming, attire, and operational efficiency. The Leader in Training assists management in various facets of team development including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff, alongside motivating and coaching employees to perform at their best. The position requires a proactive approach to service, focusing on guest satisfaction by anticipating and addressing their needs, helping individuals with disabilities, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
