The Jr. Sous position at Urban Plates is an entry-level leadership role designed for team members aspiring to grow into management positions within the restaurant industry. This role plays a crucial part in assisting the management team with ensuring excellent food quality and presentation, overseeing kitchen operations, and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
