The Route Service Delivery Driver position based in Albuquerque, NM, offers a unique opportunity to join this dynamic and sustainable company. This role is focused on providing premium customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers while driving growth through upselling. As a critical part of the company’s delivery team, the driver will manage customer accounts, maintain accurate delivery records, and work safely to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV). The role offers a compensation package of $25 per hour plus customer tips, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; a 401(k) with company match; company discounts; paid vacation; and more. The work schedule typically runs from Tuesday through Saturday, starting between 6 am and 7 am until the workload is completed, with Mondays scheduled based on business needs. Key responsibilities include operating commercial vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, and following strict safety policies prohibiting the use of electronic devices while driving. Drivers are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy, ensuring the correct products are delivered to the right location at the scheduled time. They also provide water dispenser cleaning services and actively seek opportunities to enhance efficiencies and contribute solutions. The role requires strong selling skills with a focus on upselling and achieving monthly customer acquisition goals while adhering to company pricing and promotion guidelines. Drivers will be interacting closely with customers and team members, requiring excellent communication and service orientation skills. Candidates must be able to work independently in various weather conditions, effectively interact with customers in multiple settings, and manage the physical demands of the job, which includes lifting up to 45 pounds multiple times daily and climbing in and out of commercial vehicles frequently. The position requires an ability to work approximately 45 hours per week or more, with variable start and end times. Primo Brands also supports drivers in obtaining their Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with airbrake endorsement if needed. A clean driving record and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card are mandatory for this role, along with fluency in English to ensure effective communication with customers and colleagues.
