IHOP Dishwasher/Busser - No Experience!

This role is essential in supporting the overall cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, ensuring that all dishware, utensils, and dining areas are spotless and ready to serve our guests efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the restaurant. The Dishwasher/Busser will be responsible for maintaining sanitized dish areas, organizing food storage supplies, and assisting with various cleaning projects. This position requires a proactive individual who understands the importance of cleanliness in a food service environment and the impact it has on our customer satisfaction and safety standards. Additionally, this role involves physical demands such as standing for long periods, lifting heavy items, and performing repetitive tasks, making physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently under these conditions critical. The successful candidate will contribute to a hygienic and orderly restaurant setting by performing duties such as mopping, sweeping, trash removal, equipment cleaning, and ensuring all supplies are properly stocked and rotated. They must also assist with assembly and delivery of take-out orders as needed, serving as an integral support member of our front-of-house operations. Punctuality, a neat appearance, and a readiness to work are essential for this position.
