The Beauty Advisor (BA) role at Ulta Beauty is crucial to delivering a remarkable guest experience in stores. The BA is entrusted with engaging guests personally to understand their unique beauty needs, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations while executing cashier duties efficiently. This position is designed for individuals passionate about the beauty industry who excel in guest service and sales performance. Key responsibilities include performing makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations that enhance guests' shopping experiences and drive sales growth. The BA also supports the leadership team by focusing on performance metrics such as retail sales, guest service, and compliance with operational standards. Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $24.50 per hour, with exact pay determined by education, qualifications, experience, shift, and location. Full-time Beauty Advisors are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits, while part-time associates are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits. - High school diploma preferred
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
