The Fuel Farm Operator role within Menzies Aviation’s Fuel Farm Operating Team is an essential position responsible for the sampling, testing, and quality control of petroleum products to ensure compliance with stringent industry and company standards. This role involves performing regular inspections and basic maintenance on facilities, fuel systems, and fueling vehicles. The operator will manage the receipt and dispatch of fuels through pipelines and fuel trucks, closely monitoring storage tanks and related equipment to prevent spills, leaks, and contamination. The position requires adherence to safety policies at all levels, including company, customer, federal, and industry regulations. Operators will work outdoors in various weather conditions and must maintain the area’s cleanliness and presentation standards. This is an hourly paid position with a starting rate of $19.00 per hour, offering advancement opportunities into leadership roles such as Lead, Supervisor, and Manager. • Must be 18 years of age
• Must possess and maintain valid US driver’s license
• Must pass all pre-employment testing including a physical, color vision test, audio test, and drug test
• Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
• Handle fueling carts and fueling hoses which will require lifting and moving up to 70lbs
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Must pass background check and obtain US Custom seal as required
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Airports and Custom badges/seals
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
