This position offers part-time and per diem employment opportunities with an hourly pay rate ranging from $18.00 to $21.00. The role of the Housekeeper is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents and visitors. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning residents' rooms and common areas by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and disinfecting. • Appropriate training and/or background in a similar setting
• Ability to properly clean residents' rooms and residence common areas including vacuuming sweeping dusting polishing mopping disinfecting
• Ability to discard waste into proper containers and assist with general housekeeping duties
• Ability to promote the mission and values of LCB Senior Living
• Frequent lifting bending stretching kneeling and standing for extended periods
• Ability to use cleaning equipment such as mops brooms vacuum cleaners buffers and chemicals in a safe manner
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and carry objects
• Ability to turn crouch kneel stoop bend below waist and reach above shoulder height
• Ability to perform routine repetitive tasks with consideration for residents visitors and coworkers
