This role is on-call with no set schedule but requires availability during both first shift (7am-3pm or 8am-4pm) and second shift (3pm-11pm or 4pm-12am), including weekends. The pay rate for this position is hourly, ranging from $19 to $20. The position is based in the Philadelphia area.\n\nThe On-Call Concierge is a pivotal role within the customer experience framework at Planned Companies, responsible for delivering top-tier service by greeting and assisting tenants, guests, and vendors as they enter the building. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships and a proactive approach to meet individualized needs. Scheduled appointments and reservations are handled by the concierge, along with planning and organizing on-site events that contribute to building community engagement and tenant satisfaction.
