We are currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation that align with our five-star, five-diamond resort expectations. This position is physically engaging, requiring stamina and attention to detail throughout the entire shift. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of performing rigorous physical tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Responsibilities include transferring linens and room amenities, folding towels, cleaning bathtubs, sinks, and showers, vacuuming sleeping rooms, reporting any maintenance or cleanliness issues, organizing storage closets, and maintaining accurate records of daily tasks. Excellent communication skills in English are essential to effectively interact with staff, management, and guests while upholding Pebble Beach Company’s culture and quality standards. The role offers competitive pay ranging from $18.34 to $21.58 per hour plus service charges, with benefits provided through the Unite Here Union, including health and retirement options. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
• Willingness to comply with company policies including safety and drug-free workplace
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
