This role is integral to our guest services team, primarily involving duties that support the front lobby area and guest transportation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the guest shuttle, which is a key function in ensuring guests have convenient and comfortable transport during their stay. In addition to this, the position requires maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the entire front lobby, including regular cleaning of the pool area, restrooms, and public spaces. Attention to detail is critical as you will be expected to promptly address any safety hazards, such as wet floors caused by weather conditions, to prevent accidents and maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. Maintaining the front lobby's appearance is another essential aspect of the role. This involves dusting, mopping, vacuuming, polishing furniture, and cleaning ashtrays, house phones, wall fixtures, plants, vending machines, windows, and glass surfaces. A welcoming attitude will be necessary since the role includes greeting guests courteously, setting the tone for their visit from the moment they arrive. This position demands a high level of responsibility, as well as a consistent work ethic and initiative to manage tasks efficiently despite frequent interruptions. The candidate must be flexible regarding work schedules to meet the operational needs of the property, reflecting our commitment to excellent guest service and safety standards throughout our facility.
