Gold Ranch Casino is currently looking to hire a Part Time Cocktail Server for variable shifts, offering a flexible work schedule that can accommodate a range of availabilities. This role is pivotal in enhancing the guest experience by providing prompt and courteous beverage service to patrons throughout the casino floor. Cocktail Servers at Gold Ranch Casino are not only responsible for delivering drinks efficiently but also play an essential role in building lasting relationships with guests by offering personalized service and engaging effectively with frequent players. In this position, the Cocktail Server ensures guests enjoy their time by managing drink orders accurately, adhering strictly to all state and local liquor laws, and maintaining cleanliness in their designated areas. They work collaboratively with bartenders and management to ensure seamless service and uphold the casino's professional standards. - Must be 21 years of age to comply with state governmental liquor laws
- Minimum 1-year prior cocktail serving experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and carry serving trays
- Must be able to stand walk bend and move freely throughout congested areas of casino
- Ability to work while being subjected to tobacco smoke and noise from casino environment
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
