The Housekeeper role at Marian Regional Medical Center is a vital position focused on maintaining the cleanliness and sanitary condition of all campus facilities. The housekeeper plays a critical role in improving the environment for patients, visitors, and staff by performing a variety of cleaning tasks. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English and to work tactfully and collaboratively with team members, patients, and visitors. The housekeeper must be vigilant in maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and be highly organized to prioritize, plan, and execute cleaning duties efficiently. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in health care cleaning or similar heavy project work; leadership experience in the field is also preferred but not mandatory. The housekeeper is responsible not only for cleaning duties but also for ensuring staffing and work flow are managed to maintain campus cleanliness standards.
