The Cleaning Specialist helps ensure that living spaces are not only clean but also ready for new residents moving in, thereby supporting a seamless transition and optimal resident satisfaction. This role requires a strong focus on quality and responsiveness to resident and guest needs while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. While no prior experience is necessary as training will be provided, candidates should be capable of independent decision-making and problem-solving in non-standard situations. Key responsibilities include general cleaning, assisting in preparing apartments for move-ins, responding quickly to resident requests, and occasionally supporting emergency responses.
