Manager - Retail Imagery & Event Production

The role reports directly to the Corporate Retail Imagery Manager and involves leading and developing the creative and event production department. The primary focus of this role is to spearhead the brand imagery strategies for both the company's own brand and its supplier partners at retail and marketing levels. This includes the end-to-end management of marketing events—overseeing everything from setup to teardown, and ensuring that all marketing materials and signage align with the established brand guidelines. This leadership role is instrumental in maintaining a consistent and strong visual identity across multiple marketing platforms, events, and communities, which in turn enhances consumer recognition and brand loyalty. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate a creative team responsible for supporting marketing events, including the logistical aspects of events such as managing event equipment inventory, handling requests assigned by the Corporate Retail Imagery Manager, and organizing brand logos and imagery for easy access by Retail Imagery Specialists (RIS). Furthermore, the role requires assisting with training new team members to uphold the company’s high standards and maintain a clean and safe working environment. The ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and foster a collaborative team culture is essential for success in this role. The job also demands a hands-on approach, including physical involvement in event setup and dismantling duties, which requires physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols. Candidates must have transportation to attend events and be comfortable using various event equipment, including pallet jacks. Experience with creative imaging software such as Corel Draw or Photoshop is preferred, enhancing the ability to manage and update brand materials effectively. • High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Preferred one year of sales or marketing experience in beverage industry
• Experience with creative imaging platforms such Corel Draw, Photoshop or similar programs
• Ability to be in SEB office each day and have transportation to event set up and tear downs
• Ability to use pallet jack and other event equipment
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to pass drug screen
• Talk, hear, and see including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
