We are currently seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join our dedicated team. This position offers a rotating schedule with shifts available in both AM and PM, and the starting pay rate is $18 per hour. The housekeeper role is integral to our mission, ensuring that the environment remains clean, orderly, and free from obstacles and unpleasant odors. The housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of public and private areas, including resident rooms, bathrooms, lobbies, and common spaces. This role helps to foster an atmosphere that promotes the health and wellbeing of all residents by minimizing risks and ensuring that hygiene standards are consistently upheld. The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit excellent time-management skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a positive, customer-oriented attitude. Safety is paramount in this role, and the housekeeper must adhere to proper cleaning protocols, including the use of caution signage and safe handling of chemicals and equipment. In addition to the hands-on cleaning duties, the candidate will be expected to maintain the housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas in an organized manner and to communicate effectively with managerial staff regarding any safety issues or supply needs.
