As Assistant Manager of Inflight Administration, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the efficiency of the Flight Attendant Support Team (FAST). This position acts as the principal liaison with the offshore service center team, which provides critical assistance and support to United’s Flight Attendants. The Assistant Manager will be a subject matter expert on FAST business operations, tasked with maintaining up-to-date operating procedures that ensure smooth and effective service delivery.   • 2 to 3 years' previous inflight experience or equivalent work experience
  • 2 to 3 years' experience influencing a team or vendor with strong inflight knowledge of processes and procedures
