The Marshes of Skidaway Island is currently seeking a full-time Housekeeping Associate to join their hospitality-focused team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment throughout the community to ensure residents can enjoy their best lives. Housekeeping Associates at The Marshes contribute significantly to the overall resident experience by performing a range of housekeeping and laundry duties, which include cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and handling laundry functions efficiently. The position offers full-time hours of up to 40 hours per week, with two shift schedules available: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or Saturday through Wednesday during the same hours. The pay rate ranges from $17 to $18 per hour depending on the shift. • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
• ability to pass a criminal background check
• ability to pass a drug screen
• availability for full-time hours (up to 40 per week)
• availability to work Monday through Friday or Saturday through Wednesday shifts
• physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
