We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Housekeeper to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appeal of the apartment communities managed by Willow Bridge. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for professionally cleaning and maintaining various common areas and vacant units to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. You will play a crucial role in freshening vacant apartments, leasing offices, and clubrooms, helping to create an inviting atmosphere for prospective residents and current community members alike. Your tasks will include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning windows, removing trash, cleaning appliances, dusting, and sanitizing restrooms located in office spaces, clubrooms, and pool areas. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining laundry rooms by wiping appliances and cleaning detergent residues, supporting the smooth operation of amenities offered to residents. This position requires someone with fresh thinking and a proactive approach who can work collaboratively to achieve outstanding results. • High school diploma or equivalent
• previous housekeeping experience preferred
• ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 lbs and climbing stairs regularly
• availability to work flexible hours including possible after-hours emergency assistance
• valid driver's license may be required
