We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team on a full-time basis at a starting wage of $15 per hour. This position plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service by efficiently managing guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to inquiries and complaints with professionalism, and ensuring guest satisfaction in alignment with the company's standards and values. The Front Desk Agent is often the first point of contact for guests, representing the Harrah's brand and embodying its mission, vision, and code of commitment. The role requires a multitasker who can handle guest registration, process reservations, manage billing against hotel credit and cash policies, and provide personalized services tailored to guest preferences, including special accommodations for VIP guests. The responsibilities extend to supporting group sales, resolving customer complaints, facilitating satellite check-in locations like VIP welcome areas, and contributing to the smooth operation of front desk activities. Candidates will be expected to uphold Harrah’s high standards of courtesy, hospitality, and professionalism, while adhering to internal policies and industry regulations.   • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
