In this role, you will play a crucial part in the daily kitchen operations by preparing and portioning ingredients ahead of time to support efficient service. Strong communication with the Cold Line team and Food Expeditor is key to maintaining a smooth front and back of house workflow. Responsibilities also include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, adhering to portion sizes and cooking methods strictly, and complying with all food safety and sanitation guidelines. This position demands attention to detail, stamina to work standing for long periods, and the ability to handle kitchen machinery and fast-paced environments with grace. Due' Cucina Italiana offers competitive compensation based on experience, with an estimated hourly wage range of $24.50 to $26.50 that includes tips. • 1 year of previous kitchen experience

• Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery, knives, etc.
• Ability to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam and heat and work in a confined area
• Ability to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable bending, reaching, and moving quickly
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to speak or understand Spanish a plus (although not required)
