The role being hired for is a Part-Time Host/Hostess position that requires open availability, including every Sunday. The pay range for this position is $16.20 to $23.50 per hour, with compensation based on experience, skills, and education. Additionally, there is a $500 sign-on bonus provided as an incentive. The Host/Hostess plays an essential role in delivering a high-quality dining experience to patients, helping to meet their nutritional requirements and service expectations. Key responsibilities include serving as a liaison between patients, nursing units, dieticians, and kitchen staff to coordinate nutritional needs. The position involves assisting patients with room service and delivering meal trays to assigned patients. Headquartered in a clinical setting with exposure to industrial and clinical conditions, this role is ideally suited for individuals who are self-motivated, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoy independently managing customer needs.
