This role encompasses greeting guests warmly upon arrival, managing waitlists, and overseeing table reservations efficiently using software applications. The host ensures guests are seated promptly and that their experience begins in a welcoming and organized environment. Beyond guest interaction, the Host maintains cleanliness and order in both visible areas and those behind the scenes, contributing to an overall inviting atmosphere. Reporting directly to the Front of House Supervisor Team, the Host acts as an expert resource for guests visiting the onsite Food and Beverage Operations. This position offers an hourly wage of $16.50, with compensation tailored to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. - Must have a CA Food Handler's Card upon hire
- Must have six months previous restaurant experience preferred
- Must have a pattern of regular, prompt, dependable attendance
- Ability to handle the pressures of coordinating a wide range of activities while delivering superior guest service
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service
- Excellent work ethic with attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age to work for Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.
