The Guest Service Associate acts as the face of Towne Park, greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage handling, providing information about local amenities and transportation, and facilitating seamless parking operations including issuing claim checks and managing revenue collection. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a courteous attitude, and a thorough understanding of parking procedures and guest services. Working primarily outdoors, the associate must be prepared for varied weather conditions and physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods. Towne Park offers competitive compensation for this role, with hourly base pay starting at $13 plus additional tips ranging from $3 to $8 per hour. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with morning and evening shift options, accommodating a balanced work-life arrangement. • Valid driver’s license for the state of employment or commutable distance
• One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
