The role of Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is pivotal in upholding the company’s commitment to exceptional hospitality. This position involves delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests while ensuring their vehicles are parked and retrieved safely and promptly. The Guest Service Associate acts as the face of Towne Park, greeting guests warmly, assisting with luggage handling, providing information about local amenities and transportation, and facilitating seamless parking operations including issuing claim checks and managing revenue collection. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a courteous attitude, and a thorough understanding of parking procedures and guest services. Working primarily outdoors, the associate must be prepared for varied weather conditions and physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods.
Towne Park offers competitive compensation for this role, with hourly base pay starting at $13 plus additional tips ranging from $3 to $8 per hour. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with morning and evening shift options, accommodating a balanced work-life arrangement.
