This non-exempt, hourly position reports to the General Manager and does not carry supervisory responsibilities but contributes directly to the smooth functioning of the theater. Cast Members ensure that each guest experience is enjoyable, efficient, and welcoming, encompassing everything from greeting patrons, handling point-of-sale transactions, assembling and serving food orders, to maintaining cleanliness and assisting with crowd control. The role requires a keen focus on guest satisfaction, adherence to company policies, and the ability to maintain high service standards regardless of the high-volume, fast-paced theater environment. Cast Members are expected to be knowledgeable about movie summaries, capable of managing basic cash handling procedures, and compliant with food handling regulations. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting moderate weights, which are typical within theater operations. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous guest service or customer-facing experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and climb stairs frequently
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and occasionally lift 25 to 50 pounds with assistance
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and company policies
• Must be able to work in a noisy and active theater environment
