The Healthcare Host/Hostess position at Sodexo, specifically located at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, offers an opportunity to be the welcoming face and essential support within a healthcare environment. This part-time role, offering $13 per hour, requires flexibility in work shifts with preferred open availability to meet the dynamic needs of the hospital. As a Healthcare Host/Hostess, you are entrusted with the crucial responsibility of enhancing patient experience through attentive, compassionate service combined with precise operational support. This role places you in direct contact with patients, hospital staff, and guests, making you an integral part of the hospital's food service team. Your primary contribution will be ensuring timely and accurate delivery of patient meals and floor stock, communicating effectively to meet various dietary requirements, and providing bedside meal setup with care and professionalism. Responsibilities also include recording special food orders, maintaining nourishment areas by taking inventories and restocking, disposing of soiled trays promptly, and operating technical equipment related to meal delivery efficiently.
