Bar-back - Full-time

Our team is dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Bar-back to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in supporting the bartenders by ensuring that the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and organized, allowing bartenders to focus on providing excellent service to guests. As a Bar-back, you will be the indispensable extra set of hands behind the bar, responsible for maintaining stock levels, assisting during busy service times, and addressing any immediate needs of the bartenders. Your role will involve cleaning and sanitizing bar surfaces, washing glassware and dishes, handling spills and broken glass safely, restocking liquor and garnishes promptly, changing beer kegs, and managing waste disposal. This is a physically active position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth, as many of our bartenders have started their careers as bar-backs, gaining invaluable experience and advancing within the hospitality industry.
