The University of Colorado Boulder is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Culinary Team Leader to provide hands-on oversight and leadership within the university's Athletic Dining Facility. This full-time university staff position is based in Boulder, Colorado, and offers a competitive annual starting salary range between $41,844 and $43,846. Reporting directly to the Executive and Sous Chefs, the Culinary Team Leader will be responsible for supervising food preparation activities, ensuring adherence to standardized recipes, quality controls, allergen management, and stringent food safety standards. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach to kitchen management that balances operational efficiency with exceptional customer service in a collaborative team environment. The Culinary Team Leader also plays an important role in supporting the philosophy and objectives of the University of Colorado’s intercollegiate athletics program, including commitment to diversity, inclusion, and adherence to NCAA and university policies. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, including working nights and weekends as necessary, to meet the fluid operational needs of team dining services.
