The role of Fleet Support Representative based in Fort Worth, TX, offers an exciting opportunity to join MANTECH's dynamic team in a hybrid work environment requiring onsite presence at least one day per week. This position is integral to supporting the US Marine Corps KC-130J aircraft program by evaluating software releases, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and enhancing user experience through comprehensive training and user guide development. The Fleet Support Representative serves as a critical liaison between software developers and end-users, providing feedback on aircraft systems and operational requirements to improve software functionality and reliability.
This role demands significant expertise in aircraft maintenance and operations, particularly with the KC-130J platform. The successful candidate will leverage their experience to assess software accuracy against NAMP standards, develop and deliver training programs, and manage the coordination of development team activities. Travel requirements are manageable, typically up to 20 percent, enabling hands-on engagement with software users and team members across various locations.
