As a room attendant, your primary responsibility would be to cleanse, restock, and maintain guestrooms and suites, consistently elevating the guest experience through exceptional service. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently within assigned timeframes. In this role, you will greet guests professionally while servicing rooms according to strict departmental specifications. Ensuring all room equipment like televisions, remotes, phones, and lights are operational is essential, as well as the accurate documentation of room status and maintenance issues. You will also be responsible for handling guest requests, delivering items promptly, securely managing master keys, and maintaining housekeeping supplies and linen inventory. The position also requires responsibility for biohazard cleanup in designated areas, upkeep of storage and linen rooms, and proper handling of lost and found items.
