We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Housekeepers. As a Housekeeper at Hampton Inn & Suites Windsor, you play a crucial role in delivering a memorable experience to our guests by ensuring their rooms and the hotel’s public areas are impeccably clean and well-maintained. This role involves daily cleaning of guest rooms in strict accordance with hotel procedures, undertaking deep cleaning tasks such as changing AC filters and performing touch-ups, and organizing housekeeping carts for maximum efficiency. You will also be responsible for restocking supplies and linens to maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating a welcoming and pristine environment, understands the importance of sanitation and guest service, and enjoys being part of a service-oriented team. Your responsibilities will extend beyond routine cleaning to include ensuring the safety and security of both guests and hotel property, practicing safe work habits to prevent injuries, and maintaining open communication with guests and team members to promptly address any requests or concerns. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in their work. Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
