Duties will range from making delicious drinks crafted with care, preparing food orders efficiently, handling cash register operations, to cleaning and restocking supplies. The compensation for Team Members starts at a competitive base hourly rate between $20.50 to $21.50, and further earnings are boosted by participation in a tip pool, potentially adding an average of $6.00 per hour.
