The Guest Experience Specialist role at Signature Aviation plays a vital part in representing the company's brand and commitment to superior service. This position is often the first point of contact for guests, crew members, and coworkers, requiring a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor at all times. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring every guest enjoys an exemplary experience by demonstrating reliable service, attention to detail, and value. The role involves welcoming guests upon arrival, escorting them to aircraft or vehicles, and providing a comprehensive range of concierge services including hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and catering requests.
This role is demanding and varied, requiring flexibility to work in all weather conditions and willingness to work night, holiday, and weekend shifts. Some duties take place outdoors near moving aircraft, necessitating strict adherence to safety protocols. The specialist will also coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to oversee smooth transfer of information and ensure timely, accurate execution of services. The use of real-time system management tools to log requests and prioritize tasks is integral, along with maintaining cleanliness and replenishment of guest areas to enhance the overall environment.
Beyond operational responsibilities, the Guest Experience Specialist serves as a key promoter of Signature Aviation’s services and products, helping to foster a positive guest experience that encourages loyalty and satisfaction. Additional tasks involve assisting with luggage, arranging transport to other locations, managing billing inquiries, and supporting security procedures to protect guests and assets. The role demands excellent communication skills, critical thinking, multitasking capability, and strong interpersonal qualities to collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain the highest service standards.
The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $25.31 per hour, reflecting variations according to skills, education, shift timings, and experience. - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to pass company background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, meet airport background check requirements to receive and maintain an airport security badge, and be insurable by the Company's applicable insurance policies
- Must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
- Must be able to exercise good judgment and follow directions/directives from supervisor/management
- Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles is preferred
