This role is key to ensuring a superior customer experience from the moment clients arrive until their vehicles are returned. The ideal candidate will be reliable, customer-focused, and professional, serving as the first impression for customers visiting the service area. Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and properly positioned, and maintaining an organized lot. The role requires a person who is attentive to detail and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Service Valet/Lot Porter position is a vital support role within the dealership, directly impacting customer satisfaction scores (CSI). Candidates must be at least 19 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and possess reliable transportation. Compliance with safety protocols and the ability to handle pre-employment testing—including background, Motor Vehicle Record, and drug tests—are mandatory. • Minimum age 19
• high school diploma or equivalent
• professional, courteous customer service skills
• strong communication skills and attention to detail
• previous customer service experience is a plus
• ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (standing/walking for extended periods)
• reliable transportation
