Responsibilities range from routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and watering lawns and plants, to keeping walkways, driveways, and parking lots clear of debris. Additionally, the Groundskeeper will support maintenance staff by performing minor repairs, reporting maintenance concerns, and assisting with seasonal duties like snow removal. This role demands attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in various weather conditions. Candidates with prior groundskeeping or general maintenance experience are preferred, along with those familiar with landscaping equipment and maintenance techniques. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs is an advantage. • High school diploma or equivalent
• previous experience in groundskeeping or general maintenance preferred
