To maintain these high standards, the Waldorf Astoria Resort is seeking a Landscaping Manager to join their dynamic team. This full-time position offers an annual salary range of $100,000 to $115,000, depending on experience and location, and requires availability for various shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
As the Landscaping Manager, you will oversee and ensure the quality, condition, and maintenance of the extensive physical grounds and related systems. Your role is crucial in upholding the resort’s aesthetic appeal and operational excellence. You will be responsible for visually assessing the property’s landscaping status, selecting and scheduling vendor services, tracking expenses, and managing a landscaping budget. Additionally, you will define, assign, and verify the completion of all maintenance, repair, and renovation projects related to the grounds.
This leadership position also involves personnel management duties such as interviewing, training, supervising, counseling, scheduling, and evaluating the landscaping staff members. As an integral part of the resort's operational team, you will play a key role in preserving the beauty and safety of the environment to enhance guest satisfaction and uphold the legacy of the Waldorf Astoria brand.

- Minimum 5 years experience in landscaping management or related field
