The Community Concierge is a crucial member of the property leasing team, responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations that promote resident satisfaction and community engagement. This role involves conducting tours for prospective residents, managing follow-up communications, coordinating marketing and resident retention efforts, and providing overnight on-call support. The Community Concierge helps maintain the high standards of the Lifestyle by Core brand by engaging in both internal and external marketing initiatives, organizing resident events, and developing partnerships to enhance community life. Additionally, this position demands flexibility, requiring the ability to work a minimum of 15 hours a week in shifts of at least 3 hours on-site, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as necessary, particularly during move-ins, move-outs, and turnover periods. Candidates will have the opportunity to actively contribute to outreach through social media management and creating marketing materials with tools such as Canva. The position also entails performing essential clerical and support tasks under the direction of the Community Manager, ensuring compliance with company policies and the overall presentation of the property meets brand standards. The ideal candidate possesses a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrates strong integrity, effective communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability to thrive in various organizational settings. Physical aspects of the role include handling items weighing up to 50 pounds, maintaining body equilibrium on different surfaces, and actively participating in outdoor marketing events as required.
