The Starbucks team at Butterworth Hospital, part of Corewell Health, is seeking a part-time Beverage Production Specialist. This role involves crafting a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes using complex combinations of ingredients and standardized recipes within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Beverage Production Specialist at Corewell Health's Starbucks is responsible for producing high-quality beverages, managing equipment, performing multiple duties including cash handling, stocking, and sanitation, and creating exceptional personalized experiences for customers. Working scheduled shifts usually from 11:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a 20-hour weekly commitment and variable days including every other weekend, this position caters to individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and possess excellent multitasking abilities. Key responsibilities include adhering to established quality standards by identifying ingredients and finished products that do not meet specifications and taking corrective action promptly.
