As General Manager, the successful candidate will be the cornerstone of the restaurant's overall operation, responsible for upholding the brand’s high standards through efficient departmental coordination, superior service delivery, and continuous team development. This position requires an accomplished restaurant professional with prior general management experience, exceptional wine knowledge, proven P&L management skills, and a passion for hospitality. The General Manager must excel at fostering a collaborative team environment, leading by example, and driving business success through operational efficiency and guest loyalty.
