The Medical Office Receptionist role within the Urgent Care Department is a full-time position designed for a motivated individual who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of people seeking behavioral health services.                 - Availability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours a week), Wednesday - Friday 8:30am to 9:00pm and every other Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm
 - High school diploma or GED
 - One to two years of progressively responsible experience
 - Previous experience handling large volume of incoming calls as a receptionist preferred
 - Must possess strong customer service skills
 - Ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities
 - Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
 - Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as GSuite
