The Service Valet will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience by facilitating smooth vehicle movement, providing transportation support to clients, and maintaining an efficient service operation. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, with occasional Saturdays, offering a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour. As a Service Valet, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, greeting and directly assisting guests by connecting them with the appropriate service advisors. A significant part of your responsibilities will involve the safe transport of vehicles across the dealership lot, ensuring timely delivery to service areas, detail bays, or customer locations. Additionally, you will assist in managing loaner vehicle check-ins and check-outs, shuttle clients to various local destinations, and fulfill courier duties between dealerships to support smooth operational workflows. Recognizing varied seasonal demands, the role also includes light snow removal during winter months, contributing to the overall maintenance and safety of the dealership environment.
