Currently, the resort is seeking to hire a part-time Busperson to join the dynamic Food and Beverage team. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, order, and service that Waldorf Astoria is known for. The Busperson will work predominantly evening shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, ensuring flexibility and availability during peak dining hours. The pay rate starts at $15.91 per hour, competitive and commensurate with relevant experience and the Maui location. In this position, the Busperson plays a vital role in supporting food servers by promptly setting and clearing tables, arranging table settings with precision, and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of service stations. Responsibilities also include assisting with serving water and breads, ensuring all tableware is in perfect condition, and managing the transportation of used dishes to the dishwashing area. An essential part of the job is delivering consistently high levels of guest service by responding swiftly and courteously to guest inquiries, contributing to an outstanding dining atmosphere.
