We are currently seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused Parking Attendant to join our team. This hourly position, paying $20.00 per hour, plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our event attendees by managing parking logistics with efficiency and courtesy. The responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization of parking areas to maximize space usage, directing motorists to appropriate parking spots using communication tools such as hand signals and flashlights, and patrolling to safeguard vehicles and property against damage or theft. The role also involves greeting guests warmly, calculating parking fees, controlling traffic flow, and managing physical equipment like barricades to open or close parking zones as required. Moreover, the Parking Attendant will actively participate in the venue’s sustainability programs aimed at conserving resources, preventing waste, and educating fans about environmental efforts.
The job demands constant physical activity primarily involving walking, with occasional moments of sitting, and requires a professional appearance and strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. Previous guest service experience of at least one year is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is advantageous.
