The position available is for a Front Desk Guest Service Agent, a pivotal role within the Mission Bay Resort family. This role involves interaction with guests from around the globe, introducing them to the hotel’s amenities and local surroundings while ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. As a Front Desk Agent, you are a key representative of the resort, contributing directly to the guest experience with your professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. This position requires a flexible individual able to work various shifts, including days, swings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, as the role also includes responsibilities of a Night Auditor. Your tasks will encompass managing day-to-day front desk operations such as guest check-ins and check-outs, responding effectively to inquiries and requests, and performing night audits with precision.
