As part of the Wyndham Hotel Group, this hotel upholds high standards in guest services, operations, and overall customer satisfaction, making it a reputable choice in the competitive hotel industry. The Ramada Plaza by Wyndham is currently seeking a Guest Service Attendant (GSA) to join its winning team. Being respectful, friendly, and service-oriented toward guests and colleagues is crucial. Key responsibilities involve greeting guests with professionalism and courtesy, handling luggage safely and according to hotel policies, being knowledgeable about the hotel property and its group functions, providing shuttle services when needed, monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness of lobby and bell stand areas, and ensuring that all related equipment and supplies are in proper order. The GSA is also expected to proactively assist other departments, attend meetings, report pertinent shift information to management, and uphold all safety protocols. The overarching goal is to ensure total guest satisfaction while contributing to a positive team environment. Working at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham offers a dynamic and engaging environment where employees are encouraged to develop their skills and contribute to the success of the hotel team.
