We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Valet Attendants to join our growing team at the Premium Parking Cincinnati location. This part-time role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $13.00 to $14.00 and is ideal for individuals seeking a dynamic customer service position outside the traditional 9-to-5 schedule. The morning shift runs from Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., providing an excellent opportunity for those looking for work-life balance or supplemental income. In this role, Valet Attendants will be the face of Premium Parking, responsible for delivering friendly, professional valet services that exceed guest expectations. Attendants should enjoy meeting new people and have a passion for offering personalized, attentive service. They will take care of guests’ vehicles with a high level of care, ensuring safety and security at all times. The position requires outstanding communication skills, quick responsiveness to guest requests, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Beyond providing exceptional customer experiences, attendants will maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, inspect vehicles on arrival for damage, and ensure all vehicle claim tickets are correctly assigned and verified to prevent any errors. Knowledge of the local area is a plus, as attendants often interact with guests who seek recommendations or assistance navigating nearby locations. • Valid license with 3+ years driving experience
• No major violations such as DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide in the past 7 years
• No more than two minor violations in the past year
• No suspensions within the last 3 years
• Flexible availability
• Ability to drive stick shift preferred
