                - High school diploma or equivalent
 - Previous barista or serving experience preferred
 - Knowledge of coffee brewing and serving equipment preferred
 - Experience with cash handling and point of sale systems required
 - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
 - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
