The Food Service Worker position at UCLA Housing & Hospitality Services is a part-time, career-oriented role based at the On-Campus Housing department, specifically within Dining Services located at 360 De Neve Drive. This role is fully onsite and offers an hourly wage ranging from $21.05 to $27.75, with a typical hiring pay of around $25.00 per hour. The position requires an energetic, reliable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment serving a high volume of guests. The Food Service Worker plays a key role in food preparation and general maintenance within kitchen or dining areas, assisting in delivering a superior dining experience. This involves a mix of culinary responsibilities, sanitation, safety compliance, guest interaction, and teamwork. Candidates for this job should be able to follow recipes, measure ingredients accurately, operate kitchen equipment safely, and adhere to rigorous hygiene and food safety standards.
